FAQs

What are the shipping timeline?

NYP® / NPL®: One-of-a-kind prototypes, sample orders, and in-house blanks—whether commissioned through our production services, purchased as-is from our beta store, or further customized—operate on a prototype-to-order basis. Lead time is 6-8 weeks: 1-2 weeks for discovery (collecting sizes and design details), 4-5 weeks for in-house production, and 1 week for testing and quality control. Once complete, items ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS. Split payments can be arranged by contacting us directly, but production begins only after full payment.


NWSS® / P2P®: Wholesale blanks and P2P® grail upcycling—whether commissioned, bought as-is, or customized—require customization and have a lead time of 3-6 weeks: 1-2 weeks for customization discovery and 2-4 weeks for garment tailoring. Premade items cannot be purchased without customization. Shipping follows within 1-3 business days, arriving in 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS.


Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, with international options available upon request, subject to customs compliance.


Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $500 qualify for free shipping within the U.S., reflecting our commitment to value for custom craftsmanship.


What happens if my order contains restricted items?
We’ll ship available items and refund restricted ones (e.g., due to customs or stock), or cancel and refund fully if necessary.

Mainline Terms of Service

By interacting with Navy Mainline’s beta store or services, you agree to these terms, effective upon your first engagement.


  • Purchases: Sales of NYP® V1-V3 samples, P2P® grails, and NPL® blanks are final unless restricted (see Returns & Refunds). NWSS® wholesale and custom orders follow separate agreements, finalized pre-production. You’re responsible for customs compliance on international shipments.


  • Use: Products are intended for personal or professional use—misuse or unauthorized resale voids our liability.


  • Intellectual Property: Designs, patterns, and content are Navy Mainline property—unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.


  • Limitations: We’re not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., shipping disruptions) or indirect damages from product use.



We reserve the right to update these terms—changes will be posted here, and continued use signifies acceptance.



Mainline Returns & Refunds Policy


Our focus on bespoke and custom products informs a clear, fair policy.

Returns: NYP® V1-V3 samples, P2P® grails, and NPL® blanks are final sales due to their exclusive nature, unless restricted by law or unavailable at shipping time.

Refunds: For restricted or out-of-stock items, we’ll refund those portions and ship the rest, or refund the full order if none can ship. Refunds process within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Goods: Contact mgmt@navynewyork.xyz within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damage—we’ll review and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Conditions: Returns/refunds are void if items are used, modified, or damaged post-delivery.
